There are two independent delivery belts. A pre-folded image is submitted from first feeder, and on the other one is "supplied" from second feeder (if desired) for mixing the required hardness of the finished block (photo-album). The first illustration is submitted without applying glue, then the second one or cardboard pad is already coated with a hot-melt adhesive.
The glued pages are collected in the automatic compression machine with vertical positioning of finished products.
At each entry of each subsequent coated sheet, the machine's automatic presser presses it against the remaining pages. This ensures the individual gluing of each page and substrate to the book. When job it runs, the already finished book body separates from the next created body with the non-smeared first page of the next book.
